Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Rome, Italy

I'm currently hiring for a Contract Manager role in the infrastructure space within the renewable energy sector, based in Rome, Italy .
Role Overview:
- Contract management support for a major renewable energy portfolio (Solar)
- Key focus on the revamping/implementation phase of multiple infrastructure sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc.)
- Managing legal risk, corporate governance, and compliance matters
- Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders
- Supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Overseeing insurance, facility agreements, and contract milestones
- Contributing to internal policy and KYC/AML processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ legal experience, ideally in renewables or infrastructure
- Background in commercial contract negotiation and regulatory law
- Strong understanding of Italian legal frameworks and public authorities
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Based in or open to relocation to Rome
