The Role

The role will provide dedicated legal support to the Group’s M&A transactions and international projects, ensuring robust compliance with laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the drafting of documentation related to extraordinary transactions, including share acquisitions and disposals, business unit sales and leases, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and shareholder agreements, in both Italian and English.
  • Assisting in the management of pre- and post-closing activities, including the preparation of closing agendas and monitoring of conditions precedent.
  • Supporting the coordination of multidisciplinary and international teams involved in complex transactions.
  • Assisting in the drafting of corporate documentation.
  • Supporting the management of relationships among shareholders and monitoring obligations arising from shareholder agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on issues related to current and strategic business initiatives.
  • Monitoring international legal developments relevant to the Group’s activities.
  • Supporting the management of relationships with external legal advisors and consultants, coordinating their activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Law.
  • Previous academic or internship experience within law firms or corporate legal departments will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in corporate, M&A, finance.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and international environments.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Interest in corporate governance and legal compliance matters.
