Legal Counsel/Specialist - M&A, Regulatory and Finance

Purpose of the position: As Legal Counsel/Specialist - M&A, Regulatory and Finance , you will respond to the M&A, Finance and Strategic Partnership Legal Assistance Manager and be part of the General Counsel and Company Affairs within the Global Legal Affairs Function . You will be part of a Team composed by 3 resources.
Responsibilities
The candidate, in coordination with the rest of the team, will provide legal support and assistance to internal departments in the following areas:
- mergers/spin-offs, sale and purchase of stakes in companies, business units or strategic assets, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions
- Antitrust, Foreign Direct Investment, and Foreign Subsidies Regulation
- extraordinary financing transactions (medium- to long-term loan agreements and debt capital markets transactions) and ordinary financing (unsecured credit lines, factoring, guarantees and ISDA agreements)
Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Law
Experience: 5 years of experience in M&A, regulatory, and finance
Preferential qualifications: In-house experience in structured/international groups and at least 6 months of study or work experience abroad
IT Skills: Knowledge and experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools
