Legal Counsel (Transactional)

As Legal Counsel (Transactional) you will own drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across Satispay’s business lines. You will structure and manage strategic partnerships from inception to execution, and advise on SaaS, procurement, and marketing agreements. You’ll lead procurement tender processes and drive legal improvements with the AI team. This role combines legal precision with business partnering to accelerate growth in a fast-paced fintech environment. Private health insurance Mental health support (Serenis) Stock Option Plan Relocation support Unlimited PTO Draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements across business lines, including employer and merchant contracts for corporate welfare and payment services Structure and manage strategic partnerships from deal inception to execution Advise on and negotiate SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts Support corporate welfare tenders (gare d'appalto), reviewing contracts and tender documentation Draft and negotiate marketing, advertising, co-branding, and agency agreements Lead contract template improvements, legal processes, and negotiation automation with the AI team Law degree with at least 8 years of experience in commercial law, complex B2B contracts, and transactional matters Qualification as a lawyer is a plus Experience in fast-growing, tech-driven businesses, fintech, or corporate welfare is a plus Strong ownership and commercial judgement to manage multiple transactions autonomously Excellent negotiation skills with ability to challenge counterparties and deliver pragmatic solutions Strong business partnering and communication skills; ability to simplify complex legal topics Digital mindset with interest in AI-enabled legal tools As Legal Counsel (Transactional) you will own drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across Satispay’s business l… #J-18808-Ljbffr
