The Legal Counsel plays a key role in enabling the company’s strategic and operational goals. In this position, you will provide expert legal and compliance support, oversee contract and litigation activities, and contribute to strengthening the organization’s legal framework. Your work will help ensure sound decision‑making, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence at national level.

How you create impact

  • Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and assess legal documents such as NDAs, tender documentation, and Letters of Indemnity; advise Business and Functional Units on legal, compliance, and data‑protection matters
  • Manage civil, criminal, and labour litigations
  • Collaborate with and oversee external law firms handling litigation cases
  • Deliver training sessions on legal and compliance topics to internal stakeholders
  • Support the consistent application of corporate policies, stakeholder agreements, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to business activities and transactions by providing timely, practical legal guidance

What we would like you to bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in law
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport and logistics sector
  • Experience in contract management, compliance (with specific knowledge and expertise in Legislative Decree 231/2001) and data protection topics
  • A detail oriented, analytical, and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance legal rigor and business needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Fluency in Italian and English
