red Typically gained through approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial and corporate legal matters, ideally acquired within a corporate legal department and a law firm specializing in commercial law.Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreeme nts.Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease agreements is considered an advant age.Experience within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sector is highly desira ble.Excellent written and spoken Italian and English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environm ent.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environm ent.Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and contribute to strategic decision-mak

ing. Key responsabil itiesContract Manage

ment: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to agency, distribution, commercial lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.Commercial

Law: Provide legal advice on various commercial law matters affecting the company’s operations, including consumer law, e-commerce, intellectual property, and retail-related legal is sues.Compli

ance: Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries of new legal developments relevant to the busi ness.Litigation Coordina

tion: Coordinate with external counsel on litigation matters, manage legal disputes, and assist in developing effective litigation strate gies.Advisory

Role: Serve as a strategic legal advisor to internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations), providing clear and business-oriented legal guid ance.Shareholder Relat

ions: Act as a key legal contact for the company’s principal external shareholder, supporting regular interactions in an international environment and ensuring effective communication on legal and governance-related matters.
