Qualified lawyer with 5+ years advising on technology, consumer and commercial law in Tech, Fintech or Insurance Familiarity with Tech/Fintech ecosystems: payment schemes, wallet architectures, and scaling digital financial products in Europe Ability to provide strategic, risk-based regulatory advice aligned with business objectives Strong product counseling capability with curiosity for customer-facing features and legal risk balance Sound judgment in ambiguous situations; excellent communication to influence senior management and stakeholders Fluent in English and Italian Requisiti fondamentali
