Position
The Role: Legal Specialist (L.68/99)
You will be an integral part of the legal team, actively supporting the regulatory compliance of business functions, with a focus on digital payment systems and services.
You will work on multidisciplinary projects, contribute to developing new solutions, and engage in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Main Activities
- Provide legal advice on business-related topics, focusing on the payments sector;
- Draft legal opinions and review commercial contracts (NDAs, partnerships, outsourcing, software licenses, etc.);
- Update B2B and B2C contractual documentation in compliance with sector regulations;
- Participate in cross-disciplinary projects, regulatory and non-regulatory;
- Ensure legal documentation complies with internal policies and current regulations;
- Collaborate with the complaints department and other company departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in Law, achieved with excellent results;
- 2-4 years of experience in legal/procurement fields, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment institutions;
- Knowledge of Italian regulations and preferably specific sector regulations (PSD2/3, DORA, etc.);
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
- Precision, autonomy, analytical mindset, and ability to manage priorities.
