Overview
At NOI Techpark, we are seeking a motivated Legal professional to support legal matters with a pragmatic, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach. You will work with researchers, companies, startups, and public sector stakeholders to develop solutions while ensuring a solid legal foundation.
Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts
Managing tenancy agreements, cooperation agreements, service contracts, and general contractual matters
Providing legal support in procurement procedures and public tenders
Supporting the handling of appeals and legal disputes
Providing support in the areas of privacy, transparency, and compliance
Drafting and further developing internal regulations, policies, and guidelines
Providing legal support on matters related to urban planning and public law
Preparing legal documentation for the Board of Directors and other governing bodies
Advising and supporting employees on legal matters
Qualifications
A Law graduate or hold an equivalent qualification
Initial relevant professional experience (ideally 1–3 years)
Knowledgeable in contract law
Familiar with public and administrative law
Interested in public procurement, compliance, and governance matters
Structured, precise, analytical, and solution-oriented in your work
Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in German and Italian
