Responsibilities

• Support the responsible in corporate legal matters: drafting litigation documents, opinions, and explanatory notes.
• Research jurisprudence and prepare presentation slides of the unit’s work.
• Study updates of sector norms, assess operational impact on the company.
• Assist other unit resources in preparing defensive documentation for court filings.

Qualifications

• Law degree and relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of criminal law, substantive and procedural aspects, and public procurement regulations.
• Knowledge of privacy, corporate governance, and corporate criminal liability (D. Lgs 231/01).
• Proactive, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills.

Contract & Location

Fixed-term contract, 12 months, full time, CCNL 5 level CUSGA, Roma.
