Main Responsibilities:

• Drive distribution of Selected Lifestyle account in Italy Develop and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Drive customers sell-in during assortments definition
• Deals and plans with the most important lifestyle accounts
• Support Sales manager to Draft annual/multi-year strategic plans
• Manage marketing activations (windows/events/special projects) coordinating with marketing team
• Constant visits to the most strategic accounts in Italy KPI analysis through monthly reports and sell-out monitoring

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury/fashion industry
• Established network and strong understanding of the Italian Lifestyle distribution
• Highly sales - oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
• Availability to travel (approximately 50%)
• Drive license (B)
• Milan showroom based

Compensation & Classification

• Salary Range : €35.000 - €40.000
• Collective Bargaining Agreement : CCNL Calzature - Industria

The final offer and classification level may vary based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, professional background, and job qualifications.
