Linux Software Engineer

TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Software Engineer to be involved in activities within the Aerospace & Defence domain. The ideal candidate is motivated and curious, with a strong passion for technology, a problem‑solving attitude, and a desire to grow professionally in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will join a diverse team and will be involved in software analysis and development activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Analysis and definition of requirements;
• Software implementation;
• Testing, verification, and validation;
• Troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of C and C++ and, more generally, object‑oriented programming;
• Excellent knowledge of Linux; good knowledge of the Qt framework;
• Competence in Model Driven Architecture and UML;
• Good command of the English language (B2 level);
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Education

• Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Automation Engineering, Telecommunications, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

Strong teamwork skills and a problem‑solving attitude complete the profile.
