Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver exceptional service to our Italian customers. You will manage inquiries via chat, phone, and email, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records in the CRM while staying updated on product changes.
The role requires fluent Italian and at least B2 English, EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal, and a willingness to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.
