Litigation Lawyer (Milan) for Airline Passengers Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims to lead in-court collections in Italy, with the potential to open or co-found a boutique law firm in Italy. Pre-court collections are managed by a team of paralegals. You will file batches of court cases to recover compensation and out-of-pocket expenses (OPE) for passengers and/or ticket refunds. AirAdvisor handles EU261 claims and Montreal Convention baggage claims.

If a court decision is unjust, we may pursue appeals and related legal opportunities. There may be public-relations opportunities to highlight court victories and important legal issues. This is an excellent opportunity for high performers who can self-perform, have strong litigation experience, and are passionate about advocating consumer rights in the airline industry.

The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest and able to litigate against different airlines.
