Litigation Specialist

Skills & Experience

· 5 or more years experience in domestic and international litigation;

· ability to analyse technical documentation and complex legislation (including the interaction between EU and national laws) and provide practical advice;

· ability to draft in both English and Italian legal documentation and judicial pleas;

· skilled in legal and case law research;

· skilled in use of PCT through the most relevant consoles (e.g., “Service 1”);

· fluent Italian and English;

· enthusiastic and engaged attitude with excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style;

· teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices;

· strong IT skills (e.g. Word & Excel).
