Exide is looking for a Logistic CI Specialist; reporting to local Supply Chain Manager, he/she will be responsible for implementing and developing processes and procedures from Production Planning to Warehouse and Dispatching, also main contact for Logistic certifications for Automotive OE Customers. He/she will also be active part of the Plant Supply Chain Team supporting functions.
Main tasks:
- Manage, implement and audit Supply Chain processes from Production Planning to Warehouse and Dispatching;
- manage Logistic Quality certification for Automotive OE Customers. Drive improvement actions and follow up (IATF 16949, MMOG just as examples);
- play a key role for new projects for Automotive OE Customers related to Logistic area;
- ensure all customer specific requirements are met and satisfied;
- support and facilitate daily interaction between Production Planning and Dispatching.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Logistics in the Automotive sector (of which at least 2-3 years with direct experience with Logistics Quality Certifications);
- Familiarity with Automotive Certification System is a must starting point;
- English minimum B1;
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management Engineering or other relevant technical fields) is appreciated though not mandatory;
- Perfect command of MS Suite (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications;
- Good communication and team-working skills;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity.
