Logistic Controller

In this role you will optimize logistics performance through cost control, budgeting, data analysis, and process improvement, supporting business efficiency and service excellence. You will monitor logistics costs, prepare budgets and forecasts, and contribute to monthly closing with accurate reporting. You will develop KPIs and dashboards, providing insights to management and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability. This position sits in the Logistics Controlling Department at Moncler’s Milan headquarters and offers cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization. 40,000-50,000 gross corporate welfare Monitor and control logistics costs aligned with budgets and objectives Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing, and distribution Contribute to monthly closing and ensure accuracy of logistics-related financial reporting Develop and maintain logistics KPIs and performance dashboards with actionable insights Analyze logistics and operations data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field 5-8 years of experience in logistics controlling, supply chain, or financial analysis Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
