What You Will Do
As a Logistics Intern, you'll gain a 360° view of logistics operations by supporting end-to-end processes. You’ll be entrusted with real responsibilities and will manage your daily tasks autonomously in an agile and fast-moving environment.
You will support the manager in the following activities:
- Collaborating with the Logistics and OTD (Order to Delivery) departments to ensure customer satisfaction and warehouse compliance
- Coordinating with logistics partners (primarily 3PLs) to align processes across warehouses
- Contributing to KPI development and monitoring to track service levels (On-Time Delivery, OTIF, Fill Rate, etc.)
- Supporting Sales and Business Managers in stock availability checks and resolution of operational issues
- Assisting the department manager in monitoring logistics costs (Freight In/Out), contributing to budget planning, and aligning monthly reports with regional HQ managers
What You Need to Succeed
- Student or graduate in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent in Italian, with good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Genuine interest in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
