The Logistics Specialist supports end-to-end vehicle logistics processes—from importation to final delivery—ensuring seamless operations aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor the end-to-end logistics process: vessels documentation, customs clearance, cars storage on central compounds and delivery to Dealer Network
• Collaborate with Logistics Suppliers on daily operations, helping in defining prioritiesbased on Business needs
• Ensure timely and efficient vehicle distribution to Dealers, optimizing lead times and service level
• Company Vehicle Stock management
• Monitor vehicle movements across ports, compounds and distribution channels
• Handle damage claims in coordination with Logistics Suppliers and the Claim Manager
• Ensure proper documentation flow and data accuracy within logistics systems
• Track and report logistics performance, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions
• Maintain daily coordination with HQ to ensure operational alignment and information flow
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Support cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistic dept., preferably within an automotive company.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
