Reporting to the Senior Manager Logistic, The Logistics Inventory Analyst is responsible for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. This role involves forecasting demand, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to minimize costs, reduce waste, and enhance inventory accuracy and availability.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.

Analyze inventory data such as historical sales, lead times, and demand patterns to identify trends and risks.
Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and relevant data.
Define optimal inventory parameters, including safety stock levels, reorder points, and EOQs
Monitor and report on inventory KPIs (e.g., Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
Provide regular and ad-hoc inventory reports and performance updates for management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory, proposing appropriate disposition strategies.
Participate in the development and execution of inventory optimization initiatives.
Stay current on inventory management best practices and industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory analysis, planning, or logistics-related roles.
ability to interpret and work with complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with database systems.
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
Solid knowledge of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Demonstrated experience in data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency in additional languages.
