What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) with service providers.
  • Monitor and analyze service provider performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster strong relationships and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless integration of service provider operations.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement without compromising service quality.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in service provider management.
  • Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding service provider operations.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service provider management, logistics operations, or supply chain management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing third-party service provider relationships.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
