Logistics Project Manager

We are currently seeking a proactive, analytical, and hands‑on individual to join our team as a Logistics Project Manager . We are seeking someone with a strong logistics mindset, passion for digital and e‑commerce, and the ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, driving improvements across processes, performance, and customer experience in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of logistics projects and flows, working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence in execution.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the complete logistics flow (new carrier and functionalities setup, logistics analysis on cost and performance, warehouse best practices introduction)

• Work with internal teams (Tech, Administration, Customer Service, Back Office, Store Management) and third parties to hit the target in terms of quality, costs and speed of execution

• Be responsible for customers’ experience, providing world‑class proactive support and resolving every logistics issue that comes your way!

What we’re looking for:

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Management or similar fields

• Experience in logistics (shipping, warehousing) and exposure to carrier negotiation

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proactive approach to problem solving and results‑driven mindset

• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment

• Positive attitude and team spirit
