Logistics Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist
We are looking for a professional to handle purchasing and material logistics activities within a fast-paced prototyping context.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full purchasing cycle, from requisition through to delivery confirmation
- Coordinate a portfolio of 20–25 suppliers concurrently
- Follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and vendor contacts
- Build and maintain consistent communication with all involved parties on a weekly basis
- Plan and communicate delivery schedules to internal and external suppliers, aligned with prototype build timelines
- Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards and purchase order terms
- Manage warehouse picking activities and kit preparation
- Organise outbound shipments to client facilities and third-party locations
- Prepare weekly status reports on material availability and highlight supply delays affecting the build schedule
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Prior experience in the automotive industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working knowledge of SAP, including the Warehouse Management module
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset
PLUS : Good command of German, both written and spoken
