Sales Assistant / Sales Specialist

Location: Milan/Italy, Germany (remote)

Full-time, Entry Level

As a Sales Assistant / Sales Specialist at Entalpia GmbH/ Entaclima SRL, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process for us and assisting and cooperating well with our Sales Team. Your primary goal will be to identify potential new business customers, generate leads, set up appointments and nurture the pipeline working closely with the Sales Team, Operations and Logistics to ultimately close the deals. This is an incredible opportunity to join a mission-led and sales driven sales team, and a clear career route to develop yourself into a Regional Sales Manager role.

In Italy, this role is located in Milan office, and work with sales manager. You will travel and visit customers with sales team and assist the procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales teams with developing new sales opportunities and generating leads based on the assigned customer base or territory.
  • Follow up with prospects via email and calls to create a sales opportunity for the sales team
  • Create follow-up appointments for the sales team to advance the customer to the next step in the sales process
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, customer services and operations team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM/Odoo/SAP system.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Working closely with the operations and logistics teams to control products stock including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline for the delivery visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and sales development processes.

Key Experience/ Skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop and grow client relationships
  • Experience of working to and achieving KPIs and Targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/SAP/ODOO software and sales tools
  • Fluency in English/Germany/Italian/ Chinese (Mandarin) both written and spoken
  • Legally work &Resident permit is must.
