You’ll implement the Country Commercial Calendar, analyze performance, and collaborate with the store commercial team to inspire customers to visit more often. You’ll lead add-on strategies, contribute to the Customer Experience & Loyalty plan, and drive activation for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members.
