M365 Junior Developer

We are looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Developer to join our Oerlikon team in Italy, in Brugherio (MB). The new colleague will support the digital transformation in the application area of Oerlikon IT to a cloud-native and serverless architecture based on the M365 platform. The Microsoft 365 Developer will develop and support the self-developed custom applications together with the business and IT customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Development of Low Code Applications based on M365 technologies (mainly Power Apps and Power Automate - Solutions)
- Support requirements gathering (i.e. workshops with the customer)
- Support the designing, planning and implementation of solutions
- Automation of business processes
- Create project documentation
- Incident Management
- Analyze and troubleshoot together with the team
- Resolve and document problems and solutions
- Support key user program (“Digital Champions”)
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Science / Information Technology or Computer Science in combination with minimum 1 years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of real world development experience
- At least basic experience in the area of M365 and Power Platform
- Basic development knowledge in Power Platform Solutions
- Good knowledge of Data Management and technologies (relational databases, Dataverse, SQL)
- Knowledge of basic Azure Technologies of advantage (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps etc.)
- Providing basic knowledge of MS Azure and the ability to write functions (.NET, PowerShell)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and in Italian
- Being service oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot agents is considered an advantage
