For the Summer 2026 season, we are looking for a Maître to join our team at Mangia's Favignana Resort. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an efficient, well-coordinated service that meets Mangia's quality standards. They will coordinate the dining room staff, support management, and intervene directly in customer relations when necessary .Responsibilitie s: Supervise the dining room team (chef de rang, commis, waiters), ensuring efficiency and high service quali ty Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, organizing shifts and assigning duti es Welcome and assist guests, handling complaints with professionalism and discreti on Oversee table settings (mise en place) and the presentation of the venue, ensuring compliance with company standar ds Coordinate communication and service flow between kitchen and dining room, ensuring accurate timing and smooth operatio ns Ensure compliance with hygiene (HACCP) and workplace safety regulatio ns Collaborate with management in planning events, promotions, and service strategi esRequiremen ts: Proven experience in managing restaurants or dining facilities, preferably in upscale environme nts Excellent organizational and team coordination ski lls In-depth knowledge of service techniques and dining room protoc ols Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mind set Problem-solving abilities and stress management in dynamic environme nts Flexibility with working hours, availability for shifts, weekends, and holid ays Professional appearance and groom ing Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a p lusWhat we of fer: Accommodation prov ided Seasonal contract- CCNL turismo Confcommercio Li v. 2 Range Salary: da 1.700€ a 1.800 netti/m ese€Meals: €1 per day.
