Maintenance & EHS Specialist

Our client is a global leader in the laboratory diagnostics market. With a view to strengthening their organizational structures, we are looking for a

MAINTENANCE & HSE SPECIALIST

who will have to organize and supervise the maintenance of buildings and machinery, in compliance with the expected costs and with Safety, Health and Environment requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the proper maintenance of relevant company equipment, in accordance with company budgets and production requirements;
• Drafting and implementing the preventive maintenance plan;
• Ensuring the proper technical execution of works within the approved budget;
• Drafting and managing the technical documentation of the plants in compliance with mandatory regulations;
• Coordinating interventions of external suppliers, guaranteeing their effectiveness;
• Establishing and agreeing with lab managers on the timing and priorities for interventions on various plants.

Requisiti

• High School diploma (Electro technician and/or similar) or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Energy, or similar);
• Familiarity with maintenance management of HVAC systems, preferably in Pharma environments;
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Management and supporting information systems;
• Many years of experience (+3-5 years) in similar or equivalent positions in highly structured and multinational contexts;
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations, multidisciplinary techniques, and aptitude for legal and regulatory aspects;
• Interest in EHS issues; previous expertise preferred but not mandatory;
• Previous experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of main equipment and utilities used in Biological / Molecular laboratories is an asset;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for change and managing activities independently;
• Good command of English Language (Level B2 minimum).
