Role Summary

The Maintenance Long Term Rental EE Key Account Manager is responsible for driving parts sales, revenue growth and strengthening the adoption of Stellantis Authorized Network services within the long‑term rental (leasing) channel. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with major leasing companies, expanding maintenance product offerings, and increasing customer loyalty to the authorized network.

The position reports to the B2B Parts Sales Operation Manager EE .


Key Responsibilities

  • Spare Parts Revenue Development
  • Drive sales growth of spare parts linked to maintenance activities performed for major leasing companies across the EE region.
  • Authorized Network Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing the use of the Stellantis Authorized Network for periodic maintenance operations on leasing fleets.
  • Tailored Maintenance Products
  • Design and promote customized scheduled‑maintenance products and service packages specifically targeted at long‑term rental operators.
  • Commercial Strategy & Loyalty Growth
  • Define and execute commercial initiatives that enhance leasing partners’ loyalty toward the Stellantis Authorized Network, boosting retention and long‑term cooperation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with parts sales, aftersales, service, and network development teams to ensure alignment of commercial actions and operational readiness.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reporting to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of aftersales processes and maintenance operations
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within automotive or leasing environments
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships with key partners
  • Analytical mindset and business‑oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; Eastern European languages are a plus
