Seeking a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enforce safety policies and EHS compliance
2. Lead and support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
3. Manage work orders, track skilled labor, and resolve maintenance issues
4. Coordinate with Production to maintain smooth operations
5. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff effectively
6. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
7. Oversee parts procurement and inventory management
8. Ensure quality standards by monitoring equipment and materials

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
4. Experience with Lean principles, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
5. Strong leadership in a union environment
