Internship opportunity

The intern will join the Planning, Control & Valuation Division and will be involved in the following activities:

• Support in the management of the analytical accounting system
• Operational support in the preparation of periodic final reports
• Operational support in the analysis of variances and forecasts
• Data processing and statistical analysis for the production of reports for internal use or in response to external requests
• Support in activities related to the management of the periodic, annual, and out-of-budget planning processes
• Assistance in preparing meetings and in the day-to-day activities of the office

This internship opportunity is designed to provide the intern with a high-quality experience that will enable them to gain a deep understanding of the operational processes within Università Bocconi.

Requirements

• Graduated with an outstanding academic path.
• Fluent in English (non mandatory) and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basics of Power BI will be considered a plus.
• Curious to understand the economic planning and performance control processes within an organization operating in the higher education sector.
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) are considered a plus.
• Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
