Job Description:

Your Tasks

• Support our portfolio companies with a focus on operational improvements in direct and indirect technical areas.
• Analyze the current state and define EBITDA improvement levers.
• Develop Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps and realize significant EBITDA improvements.
• Share manufacturing excellence knowledge through projects and our MUX Academy program.
• Lead task force programs for rapid improvements in critical business situations.
• Take on interim mandates for specific projects.

Your Profile

• At least 7 years of international experience in Manufacturing Excellence within industry or consulting, with 2 years in consulting.
• University degree, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering, or equivalent with advanced business knowledge.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Toyota Production System, Six Sigma, WCM, etc.).
• Understanding of financial analysis and management accounting, including P&L analysis, to identify improvement measures.
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week within Europe (Monday-Thursday).
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
