Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a Italy-based team of pre‑sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers, partnering with sales to drive revenue and customer value. You coach and scale a high‑performing field‑engineering unit, communicating complex value‑focused solutions to senior stakeholders and shaping implementation strategies with partners. You’ll build a customer‑obsessed, collaborative culture in a hyper‑growth environment and strengthen Databricks’ brand through cross‑functional leadership.

Responsabilità
- Experience managing a team of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals
- Experience in consumption‑based business environments
- Mentoring and scaling technical teams
- Instituting processes for technical field members to improve efficiency and product focus
- Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional leaders
- Passion for data and AI market and Cloud software models with a strong POV on value of Databricks solutions
- Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies or Data Science
- Strong communication skills; Italian native and fluent in English
