Manager - Finance Commercial Controller

We are looking for a Commercial Controller to support the OTT business in planning, analysis, and monitoring of commercial performance, actively contributing to strategic decision-making.This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring a clear and data-driven view of financial and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze commercial performance (revenues, margins, digital KPIs)Support the definition and tracking of budget, forecasts, and strategic plansPerform variance analysis and identify performance drivers and improvement areasDevelop periodic reporting for management (dashboards, presentations, insights)Partner with commercial teams to assess pricing strategies, promotions, and business modelsConduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and channel (e.g. subscription, advertising, partnerships)Support the development of business cases and investment initiativesContinuously improving controlling processes and toolsRequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, or related fields3–6 years of experience in commercial controlling / FP&A / business analysisExperience in digital/OTT/media/telecom environments is a strong plusStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)Strong analytical mindset and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with non-finance stakeholdersGood command of English
