Position SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager Human Resources Services.What you will be doingThe HR Manager will be responsible for delivering the full scope of activities typically associated with the business partner role, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The position will cover the entire employee lifecycle (“hire-to-retire”). The HR Manager will also provide expert advice and coaching to management on people‑related decisions, and change management initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee Labor Relations at both territorial and national levels, ensuring effective management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions, as well as compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
