Job Overview
Manager Sales leads power generation sales and marketing and manages sales team's activities in AGCO Power Finland and China factories. Responsibility is to run and develop genset sales operations. This role reports to Director, Engine Sales & Marketing and PM.
Your Impact
Lead sales team and develop operations Build and execute sales strategy together with sales team, Sales Director and Business Director Power generation sales budgeting and reporting – catalyze team spirit Develop and update sales processes together with team Manage NPS process
Requirements Proven ability to lead teams effectively and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's degree holder Applicable technical or commercial education and experience in engine or electric technology Previous experience in leading commercial teams is a plus
Workplace This role follows AGCO’s onsite work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location for a minimum of four days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
Location: Tesoma, Finland Will work with colleagues at AGCO Reman site: Tesoma, Finland
