Experteer Overview In this pivotal Manager, Strategy role, you will shape the communication strategy for a leading international client, translating insights from data science, e-commerce, and content into pragmatic media planning. You’ll act as a strategic bridge across global teams, maintaining consistency and driving transformative media solutions. You will lead collaborative ideation, manage junior resources, and champion digital transformation to elevate client results. This is a high-impact, cross-functional, globally connected leadership opportunity. Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market and brand analysis to derive powerful insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with Data Science to identify growth audiences through a strategic lens. Articulate audience insights, decision journey pain points, to inform platforms and architecture. Manage the development of communication strategy for annual planning, launches, and campaigns. Contribute to Masterbrand strategies and integrated media/e-commerce planning. Ensure consistent translation of communication strategy into day-to-day media planning. Drive integration of data science, e-commerce, and content expertise to elevate media planning. Act as primary interface for global stakeholders, ensuring strategic continuity and alignment with global strategies. Lead brainstorm and ideation sessions with cross-agency and media partners. Coordinate and coach at least one direct report or junior resource, monitoring daily workflow. Responsibilities (Continued)
≥5 years of experience in media/communications planning with emphasis on strategy and media planning in a media agency. Exceptional strategic thinking with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Expertise in media strategy development, including measurement tools and econometric models. Proficiency with qualitative/quantitative research techniques, desktop research tools, and big data analysis. Experience in CPG or dynamic consumer categories is desirable. Excellent client relationship and senior-level presentation skills. Flawless written and spoken English for global communication. Experience coordinating complex strategic projects with an Agile approach. Advocate for digital transformation and the use of tech and AI to drive automation. Requisiti fondamentali
