Experteer Overview
In Italy, you will lead Care Enablement to drive growth and profitability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, aligning local plans with global strategy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experience, compliant operations, and impactful commercial results. You’ll translate regional strategies into actionable plans, manage key accounts and tenders, and foster strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders. This is a strategic leadership role at a global healthcare leader with a mission to improve patient outcomes.

- Lead Care Enablement in Italy, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Translate global/regional strategies into local plans to drive growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Own commercial performance (sales, margins, pricing, budget) and execute go-to-market, tenders, CRM adoption, and analytics
- Define/execute business plans, targets, and customer engagement strategies with KPI monitoring and risk management
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across HR, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory
- Interface with regional/global teams to resolve critical issues
- Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders to drive customer‑centric actions
- Lead strategic accounts and major tenders to strengthen competitive positioning
- Ensure high‑quality customer service and end‑to‑end experience through cross‑functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and governance; manage risks
Responsabilità
- 8-12 years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, or GM roles
- 5+ years of leadership in regulated industries (MedTech/healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record in growth, profitability, and commercial transformation
- Strong expertise in customer management, pricing, tenders, and strategic accounts
- Experience in matrix, international, and cross‑functional environments (Italy knowledge a plus)
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, procurement, and compliance frameworks
- Ability to lead teams, manage complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver results
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and driving change/innovation
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM/SAP, data analysis
- Italian & English fluent
- Willing to travel, work internationally, and operate across time zones
