We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to support one of the LU-VE Plants in Italy . In your role you will report to the EU South Operations Manager and you will be part of Operations Department. You will be based in Refrion S.r.l, Flumignano di Talmassons, Udine, Italy
Mission of the role
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness to achieve organizational goals while ensuring quality, compliance and cost control.
You will be in charge of
- Cooperate with management and department heads to effectively develop the entire organization by devising new strategies
- Supervise the Plant Quality Manager to ensure the quality control of manufactured products
- Oversee the Logistic & Planning Manager to ensure that production planning and logistics meet efficiency and timing requirements
- Supervise Maintenance & Facility
- Supervise the Lean Process Manager to ensure that agreed-upon projects are completed within the specified timelines
- Analyze reports on production, sales, and customer demands and plan for potential improvements or developments
- Collaboration with the HR Manager in personnel management
- Ensure that production activities align with the organization's strategy and values
- Communicate productivity and efficiency information to direct supervisors so they can plan corrective actions if necessary
- As a manager of financial resources and personnel, fulfills the role of Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing and monitoring compliance with company regulations regarding health and safety in the workplace, informing subordinates of risks and hazards, reporting areas for improvement and non-compliance.
Education & Experience we are looking for
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8/10 years in the role/similar role
Qualifications we are looking for
- Knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems
- Strong leadership qualities
