In this role in Italy, you will drive the Leather Goods Strategy delivery, overseeing cross‑functional execution and performance. You will manage stakeholder engagement, monitor production and vendor performance, and optimize processes including ERP updates. You’ll translate insights into actionable improvements, support change management, and ensure delivery leads are met. Your work directly supports faster, leaner production and better supplier collaboration within a globally recognized luxury brand.

Responsabilità

• Bachelor in Management Engineering or similar
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience implementing organizational changes
• Strong time management and ability to balance priorities
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good interpersonal/relational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Stealth 3000 and Power BI
• Excellent spoken and written English
