Market Access Manager – Onco-Haematology Location

Permanent, Full time Responsibilities

Take full accountability of the oncology‑haematology assets in the GSK portfolio, creating and sustaining a value proposition aligned with the perspective of national and regional payers. Interact with external experts, public health policy makers, marketing, launch, medical, finance, regulatory, regional access managers, key account managers and government affairs. Prepare and develop the P&R negotiation strategy and generate pharmacoeconomic evidence to support the product value proposition. Contribute, together with local and European cross‑functional teams, to the generation of real‑world evidence studies. Interpret payer expectations about product value through constructive interaction with external experts, policy makers and regional access agencies. Analyse regulatory and health policy trends to evaluate their impact on the company pipeline. Maintain coordination with the international Market Access and Value & Health Outcome network for assigned products. Ensure plans contain the most effective measures, aligned with analysed trends, to craft an appropriate value proposition for decision‑makers. Actively participate in inter‑departmental Market Access team meetings. Manage evidences throughout the product life cycle. Adopt a strategic vision based on outcome→how→what. Map stakeholders continuously and engage them. Contribute to the construction of strategy and forecast. Own projects in collaboration with RAM, maintaining constant reciprocal information exchange. Basic Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Market Access Manager within a structured pharma Market Access & Health Economics team in a high‑specialisation sector. Consolidated experience in oncology and / or haematology. Strong skills in preparing and developing the P&R negotiation strategy and compiling negotiation dossiers. Direct and indirect participation in building strategic Market Access plans in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to influence others and operate with credibility and trust inside and outside the company. Capability to work independently and proactively, developing credibility among colleagues across Market Access teams. Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business‑oriented strategies and activities. Customer orientation and ability to work with cross‑geographic and cross‑functional teams.
