Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Market Controller to be included in the F&A Italy and Global Accounts team, based in Padova HQ. S/he will support the business executing financial analysis for the assigned markets, by developing reporting and monitoring results to enable the relevant business functions to take effective decisions with analytical insights.

As a Market Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the main activities of the Finance Manager;
  • Updating and maintaining daily analysis to capture and flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year;
  • Performing profitability Analysis by Area/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
  • Understanding and tracking the P&L actuals, with highlight of main deviation across Sales/Cogs/Opex;
  • Assisting with the periodical preparations of Forecasts and Budget review;
  • Working closely with the business in order to sustain business growth and strategy;
  • Executing analysis and elaborating insight, according to the business needs as well as the financial key inputs provided by the relevant F&A responsible.

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in multinational industrial companies;
  • You hold a degree in Economics, Business, or Management Engineering and have solid knowledge of economic analysis and controlling methodologies;
  • You have excellent proficiency in English;
  • You possess strong analytical skills, are dynamic, and have a solid knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data management and analysis applications (e.g. Tableau, R, Oracle) is a plus;
  • You are resilient, hardworking, and have project management capabilities;
  • You are able to work in a structured corporate environment, with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.
