Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99)

We are looking for a market development partner welfare l 68/99 to drive the expansion of our welfare products within the large enterprise segment (companies up to 350 employees).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate sales‑qualified leads through outbound activities (cold calling, email, online meetings).
• Develop new business opportunities by engaging large‑enterprise employers and presenting satispay as a leading welfare solution.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mid‑ and large‑enterprise prospects to support the business development team.
• Utilise CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound platforms like Sales Navigator and Lusha.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed lead‑generation targets and scale the large enterprise line.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 1year of experience in outbound sales targeting enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong commercial attitude, negotiation skills and ability to communicate with executives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Eligibility under Italian employment‑protection law l68/99 (candidates with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply).
