What we will do together Own and elevate the Market Insights agenda for senior management, ensuring decision‑grade insight that drives growth, profitability, and execution excellence, including:
Lead market share and performance analytics, integrating sell‑in, sell‑out, and financials at business unit level to inform priorities and investments.
Own the consumer insights program, defining the annual learning plan and translating findings into actionable commercial initiatives.
Lead the development of a system scorecard for the business unit, ensuring KPI relevance, data integrity, and on‑time delivery against an agreed operating cadence.
Co‑lead with the Customer Value Growth Team the development and cascading of Coca‑Cola Hellenic’s Category Vision for the business unit.
Provide visionary consumer, category and customer insights in relation to how we can lead profitable category growth, development of IC and Cold Drink and Key Customers.
Play a key role in the LRP process for Coca‑Cola Hellenic (country‑specific initiatives), through identification of portfolio expansion toward the 24/7 beverage company, and providing the long‑range volume and revenue opportunity assessment and planning.
Define the addressable market and recommend new category/segment launches with relevant profit pools and positioning, including key channels and price segments.
Strategic lead in the planning and delivery of the annual Business Plan, collaborating cross‑functionally with Portfolio, RGM and KO teams to develop insight‑led, sustainable growth plans.
Monitor BP implementation and tracking through the year, linking execution and sell‑out performance.
Lead insights input into the monthly BPMS routine, highlighting risks/opportunities, recommending trade‑offs, and aligning stakeholders on actions.

Are you the missing ingredient we’re looking for?
University degree, ideally business related
Strong commercial acumen, backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers
Previous experience in insights for channel or category marketing
4–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of the Out‑of‑Home (OOH) channel
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience within the FMCG industry
Experience in sales, particularly in the OOH channel, is considered a plus
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including report and dashboard creation, is considered a plus
