Experteer Overview

In this role you lead risk and supervisory activities across the organization, shaping hiring, coaching, and training for supervisory teams. You drive improvements in supervision processes and oversee compliance initiatives and risk-focused programs. You support branches with reviews and audit processes, and you partner with Compliance to shape policy and communications. You serve as a point of escalation for unresolved issues and champion the use of AI to optimize workflows.

• manage all hiring and personnel decisions for the supervisory team
• coach the supervisory team and provide training on supervisory tools, new compliance bulletins and operational procedures
• oversee review of supervision processes and drive related initiatives in sales supervision, compliance and business risk
• support Branch Review and Group Internal Audit processes, visit branches, and develop action plans for audits with failures
• partner with Compliance to provide input to policy and support communication of policies
• act as a point of contact for unresolved issues and facilitate escalation as required

Responsabilità

• risk/supervisory management experience in a leading financial institution
• Series 7, 8 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63/65); insurance considered a plus
• proven leadership, mentoring and coaching track record
• strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• reliable, independent work style with sound judgment for escalation
• ability to adapt to changing market conditions, technology, and business needs
• curious about how AI can improve workflows and uphold policy, risk standards, and ethical use
