Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners is a specialist investment manager focused on greenfield infrastructure projects supporting the energy transition. Established in 2022, we are headquartered in Milan and work with leading institutional investors to accelerate decarbonisation through commercially driven investments.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to support the visibility and effectiveness of our marketing and communications activities across investors, partners, media, and industry stakeholders.
The role is based in Milan and reports to the Head of Investor Relations, working primarily with the Investor Relations team and the Investment team in an institutional funds environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and consistently apply Sosteneo’s marketing identity and visual standards across all materials and channels
- Develop and coordinate high-quality marketing and communication content aligned with fundraising and investor engagement priorities
- Draft, edit, and manage investment-related communications, announcements, and digital content (website, LinkedIn, campaigns)
- Support media engagement activities and coordinate with external advisers where relevant
- Plan and deliver in-house investor events as well as manage Sosteneo’s strategy for conferences, industry events, and awards submissions
- Support the preparation and quality control of investor and fundraising materials, including Investor Days
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Investor Relations, Investments, Compliance, Legal, and Finance
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles within asset management / funds / financial services
- Strong understanding of investment products and institutional investors (infrastructure funds experience strongly valued)
- Proven experience supporting fundraising-related communications , investor materials, and events
- Experience engaging with media, external advisers, or communications agencies
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent, business-level English – written English must be highly proficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite experience is a plus
