Descrizione del lavoro
The Marketing and Event coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tradeshows and customer‑facing events across the EMEA and APAC regions and for supporting and populating marketing channels for campaigns, content and lead management. This role supports brand presence, sales objectives, and consistent marketing execution across multiple BW Packaging brands. The coordinator acts as a Marketing Generalist supporting multiple facets of the EMEA/APAC marketing strategy execution with an emphasis on event and tradeshow management. The role is initially offered as a fixed‑term contract (12 months), with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Tradeshow Management
- Plan, organize, and execute tradeshows, exhibitions, customer events, and internal events across EMEA & APAC
- Responsible for regional tradeshow strategy, ensuring company and brand strategy is respected and articulated
- Support annual and multi‑year tradeshow planning and forecasting ensuring company and brand strategy is respected and articulated with budgets tracking
Marketing & Communication
- Support pre‑event and post‑event communications, including external and internal communications
- Build, organize and deploy multi‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead acquisition and nurturing
- Manage, create and plan advertisements on online and offline platforms and various associations
- Lead management including assigning, follow‑up, reporting and list creation
- Reporting on qualitative and quantitative input on various marketing actions such as events, campaigns, demand creation efforts
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product management, and regional teams
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, product management and regional teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in event management and marketing, in B2B roles
- Proven experience managing international tradeshows or large professional events
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget tracking and vendor coordination
- Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a matrix, international organization
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally across EMEA & APAC, including occasional weekends
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Graphic skills are a plus
