Descrizione del lavoro The position refers to a Marketing & Communication Specialist supporting marketing and communication activities for evaporation systems within Veolia Water Technologies. The role involves the operational management and coordination of internal and external communication activities, business marketing support, content creation, updating corporate materials, supporting the sales team, organising events and trade fairs, and collaborating on a daily basis with both Italian and international colleagues. The position operates within a technical‐industrial B2B environment and therefore requires the ability to turn technical information into clear, structured content that is consistent with the company’s brand and communication guidelines.
Main activities and responsibilities
Management of marketing and communication activities for the business – Support for marketing and communication activities related to EVALED / Evaporation Systems, promoting products, technologies, applications and key business messages in line with the company strategy and Veolia brand guidelines.
Commercial and technical‐commercial communication – Creation, review and update of materials supporting the sales team, such as case studies, win announcements, presentations, reference lists, commercial documents and corporate content.
External communication content – Development and adaptation of content for LinkedIn and other external channels, including copy, visuals, carousels, corporate posts, educational content and product launch communications.
Internal communication – Preparation of communications addressed to colleagues, informative materials, company screens, flyers, notices and internal graphics.
Trade fairs, events and promotional activities – Support in organising events and trade fairs, managing operational activities, coordinating suppliers and preparing promotional content.
Coordination with international colleagues and stakeholders – Daily collaboration with marketing, communication teams, sales managers, product managers and corporate representatives.
Material updates and rebranding – Review and update corporate materials according to brand guidelines.
Operational management and project coordination – Organisation of activities, collection of information, deadline monitoring, review processes and coordination of projects involving multiple functions and countries.
Qualifiche English level B2/C1, both written and spoken, used on a daily basis for emails, calls, meetings, content review and coordination with international colleagues and stakeholders.
Tools and digital skills
Google Workspace / GSuite, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail.
Graphic content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
Project management and activity organization tools, e.g., Monday.com and similar platforms; tools for managing workflows, editorial calendars and shared activities.
Professional social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube, for corporate and B2B content.

The ideal profile has strong writing skills, visual sensitivity, accuracy, organisation, good knowledge of Google Workspace, confidence in using visual content creation tools such as Canva and Photoshop, and a B2/C1 level of English to manage activities, content and professional relationships in an international environment.
Additional Notes This is a Maternity Cover Position with a 1‑year contract.
