Marketing Data Analyst (f/m/d)

As a Revenue Insights Analyst, you will drive revenue growth by analyzing complex data to reveal actionable insights and opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify revenue drivers, formulate data-based optimisation strategies, and support strategic initiatives with rigorous guidance. Your work will influence business outcomes in a dynamic market, helping the company stay competitive and agile. Build models with statistical techniques to forecast revenue trends and uncover opportunities. Monitor and report on key revenue metrics, explaining variances and performance insights. Translate insights into actionable strategies aligned with organisational goals to drive multi-channel revenue growth. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop data-backed strategies for acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimisation. Create and present dashboards and reports that communicate revenue performance to stakeholders. Keep leadership informed about emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue optimisation. Stay current with industry best practices and propose new data sources, tools, and methodologies while ensuring data quality with IT and data engineers. 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue optimisation Proven ability to translate data insights into strategic revenue-driving recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with CRM, financial forecasting, and BI tools Experience with AI/ML to optimise outcomes is a benefit Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field is advantageous but not essential Experience with A/B testing and reporting As a Revenue Insights Analyst, you will drive revenue growth by analyzing complex data to reveal actionable insights and opportunities.
