Reporting line: Dual reporting to Country Lead Italy & CMO Spain

What will you do?

MARKETING LEADERSHIP

Brand Management & Key Relationships

  • Build and develop strong relationships with our main partner brands across all verticals.
  • Ensure alignment between brand guidelines, commercial objectives and local market opportunities.

Retail Marketing & Activations

  • Plan and execute in‑store activations and retail marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
  • Work closely with Retail and Operations teams to maximize impact.

Club & Sponsorship Marketing (SPOMA)

  • Lead marketing initiatives to maximize the value of club partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Ensure visibility, activation and performance of sponsorship assets and collaborations.

Budget Management & Media Coordination

  • Own and manage the Italian marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with HQ teams (Paid Media, Social Media and CRM) to ensure efficiency, alignment and ROI.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and develop local partnerships, collaborations and sponsorship opportunities that reinforce brand awareness and revenue growth.

ECOMMERCE MANAGEMENT

Commercial & Digital Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial/Product team on launches, promotions and assortment strategies tailored to the Italian market.
  • Define and execute dedicated actions around key commercial moments in Italy.
  • Monitor performance and ensure local market needs are reflected in digital execution.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong marketing generalist profile with both strategic vision and hands‑on execution capabilities.
  • 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within sports, retail or lifestyle environments.
  • Experience managing brands, partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate with international HQ teams.
  • Commercial mindset with strong focus on growth, impact and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proactive, results‑driven and solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields.
  • Native or fluent Italian and good command of English (Spanish is a plus).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.
